Yoga Basics for Kids, Thursday, August 11 (10 AM)

Join us at the library for this children's introduction to yoga and basic yoga poses.  Julie Daniel, founder of Yoga for Kids of Central New York, and our own Lisa Church will help to introduce children to many benefits of yoga.  Practiced for thousands of years, the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga offer a mindful alternative to our busy age of information.  Get an early start and begin a journey that can last a lifetime.
